“The Reel Deal” Cocktail
Our Mixologist has created “The Reel Deal” Cocktail to celebrate the 65th Cork International Film Festival taking place in Cork City on the 4th – 15th November 2020.
The Metropole Hotel has joined many local venues in this years ‘Cork Costume Trail’ displaying cult movie memorabilia to the public. The Metropole Hotel is showcasing a costume in our window display from the 2005 comedy drama film, “Breakfast on Pluto” starring Cork native Cillian Murphy. The trail is an exciting initiative that will allow the general public to experience the magic of the movies & costume creation in a safe and socially distant way.
Ingredients
1 Shot Baileys
1 Shot Vodka
1 Shot Coffee Liquor (Kahlua or Tia Maria)
1 Shot Regular Cream
1 Teaspoon Caramel Syrup
Pinch of Sea Salt
Method
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Shake for approximately 1 minute
- Strain into chilled glass
- Top with 3 pieces of toffee popcorn
- Serve & Enjoy
