Just when you thought the weekend couldn’t get any better, our team at The MET Cork have just launched their brand new bottomless brunch menu!
Brunch in The MET at The Metropole Hotel Cork will be available every Sunday from the 13th of September and the menu features both classic brunch staples and the teams own unique sweet treat twist!
The brunch menu features unlimited Prosecco and Mimosas – yes you read that right – UNLIMITED. Brunch is €32 per person and includes guest’s choice of main dish and unlimited mimosas or Prosecco for up to an hour and a half.
Guests who have stayed in the hotel before will be delighted to see familiar brunch favourites with locally sourced produce on the menu, such as the ‘Cork’s Best Eggs Benedict’ and the ‘Savage Salmon Bagel’. The all-favourite ‘Broken Yolk Breakfast Sandwich’ also make an appearance.
The menu will also cater for our vegan friends including a ‘Daycent Vegan Bagel’ with chilli hummus and wilted spinach, on toasted poppy seed bagel or our ‘Smashing Avocado Toast’.
Also on the menu are a selection of sweet treats including chef’s own ‘Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas’ and a selection of classic cocktails made to order by our in-house mixologists that guests can add to their order if they wish.
The MET Cork will be serving Brunch every Sunday from 12pm-3pm. Lunch is served from 12.30pm – 5pm and Dinner from 5.30pm – 10pm every day. Afternoon Tea is served from Thursday to Sunday in the tea room, or can be ordered for delivery as a gift, or to enjoy at home.
It’s simply the perfect excuse to enjoy a long-overdue catch-up with friends.
Booking in advance is advised, maximum of six people per party. The Met Cork is observing all government safety protocols and maintaining the highest industry standards. The MET Cork is certified with the Failte Ireland Covid-19 Safety Charter.
