Outdoor Dining in Cork

The Best Outdoor & Scenic Dining in Cork

While indoor dining slowly returns, during the summer Cork embraced outdoor dining like never before. As garden terraces & rooftop scenes became the settings to enjoy our favourite food & drink, we began do embrace outdoor dining. At The Metropole Hotel, we have created a list of some of our favourite outdoor dining spots around Cork.

THE MET – OUTDOOR TERRACE

Not to be biased, but we do believe that the Terrace at our in-house restaurant, The MET, has the perfect laid back ambience to enjoy sipping on some cocktails and enjoying a delicious meal. Located just outside The Metropole Hotel, guests can enjoy the terrace for every meal of the day. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner; make sure you stop by during your next stay.

Our Head Chef, Trevor O’Keefe, has curated new menu items to enjoy, including, McCarthy’s Spiced Beef Bon Bons, Pan Fried Seabass and Barry’s Tea Creme Brulee.

As well as dinner, our brunch menu has proved a huge hit on our outdoor terrace, for those filling their bellies before a big day of shopping and sightseeing around the city.
