We are now taking bookings for Graduation Meals at The Metropole Hotel Cork. We take smaller bookings in our restaurant The MET Cork, or you can private hire your own room for a larger celebration.
To make your experience as seamless as possible, we offer a three-course menu for €35pp.

To Start:
Seasonal soup of the day
Classic chicken Caesar salad romaine lettuce, herb croutons, crispy smoked bacon and a creamy Caesar dressing,
Main Course:
6 Hours Braised Feather blade of beef, creamy mash potato, and Jameson peppercorn sauce.
Buttermilk Marinated Chicken Supreme, tarragon mash, carrot and orange puree, red wine jus
Pan fried fillet of cod, creamy mash potato, and white wine and lemon cream sauce
