Gin of the Month:
Blackwater Tanora Gin
Tanora, introduced to Cork in the 1930’s is a Pure Cork Tangerine based soft drink.
For our December gin of the month, we have chosen the Blackwater Tanora Gin Classic which has a juniper profile with hints of ginger and tangerine flavours.
This festive combination of Christmas flavours and notes makes this the perfect gin to enjoy at Christmas time.
Garnish of the Month:
70% Dark Chocolate
For the perfect decadent Christmas garnish, what else could we choose, but chocolate! Enhance the orange notes in the gin with grated 70% Dark Chocolate.
