- Add crushed ice to your coupe glass to chill
- Add the gin, honey syrup and fresh lemon juice to your cocktail shaker and shake
- Empty the coupe glass of ice, and pour your mixture into the glass
- Top up with Prosecco
- Gently crush a lemon peel curl over the glass and add to the edge to garnish if you’re feeling extra fancy!
