The room was lovely, impeccably clean and spacious. I had the rib eye and a few pints of Murphy's for dinner, both didn't disappoint!! I will definitely be back here and will recommend to friends and family without hesitation.
We use the met when we are in cork. The location is great backing onto the river Lee . The rooms are updated and very nice. The staff are helpful. The restaurant has lovely views over the river and city.
Girls Shopping Trip
We went away for a night , 4 sisters and my 3 nieces, spent the day shopping and stayed in The Metropole. This hotel is just beautiful and SO central! We had our dinner and drinks there also that night. From start to finish we totally enjoyed every minute, the food is absolutely amazing ,the ambience and staff, so nice, we will most definitely be back!
This Hotel and city have been our favorite of Ireland! Highly recommend!!! The staff and rooms were lovely and accommodating- we could not have asked for a better experience...
