Executive Head Chef
Eoghan O’Flynn is Executive Head Chef at The Metropole Hotel in Cork. Originally from Cobh, he brings more than a decade of culinary experience, having worked in kitchens ranging from Michelin-star fine dining restaurants to high-profile hospitality venues across Ireland and the UK. A graduate of Munster Technological University (MTU) with a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Eoghan is passionate about showcasing local produce and creating vibrant dining experiences inspired by Cork’s thriving food scene. For Eoghan, food is about bringing people together — celebrating local producers, seasonal flavours and the simple joy of sharing a great meal.
