Sustainable Food x Jura & Alsace Wine Dinner
Thursday 12th November 2026 | 7pm – 10pm | €90 per person
Join us for an intimate five-course dinner celebrating sustainable dining, zero-waste cooking and the rich flavours of autumn.
Each course will showcase seasonal ingredients through imaginative cooking, carefully paired with distinctive wines from two of France’s most celebrated wine regions: Jura and Alsace.
Throughout the evening, our chefs will share the stories behind the dishes, introducing the ingredients and inspiration behind each course.
