Go-To Smoked Salmon Mousse for Summer Entertaining
Smooth, fresh and effortlessly impressive. This Smoked Salmon Mousse is one of those recipes I always come back to during the summer months – perfect for entertaining, light lunches or having something ready in the fridge when guests arrive unexpectedly.
The richness of smoked salmon blended with cream creates an incredibly smooth mousse, while cucumber, lemon and fresh chives keep everything bright and balanced.
Simple ingredients, great flavour and minimal effort – exactly the kind of food I love serving in summer.

✨ Chef’s Tips from Eoghan
✅ Use good quality smoked salmon — the flavour of the dish depends on it.
✅ Dice the cucumber finely — this keeps the texture delicate and balanced.
✅ Don’t over-whip — you want the mousse light and smooth, not heavy.
✅ Make ahead — this is even better after a few hours in the fridge.
Fresh, creamy and packed with flavour, this is the perfect summer sharing dish.
